Liability Waiver

FITS, INC. is not the source or supplier of the travel services and acts solely as an agent for the actual suppliers of such services. Suppliers whose names appear in the information supplied to the customer are those who are actually responsible for providing the travel services. FITS, INC. shall not be responsible should any of these suppliers:

1. Fail to provide the travel services purchased

2. Fail to comply with any applicable law

3. Engage in any negligent act or omission that causes any sort of injury, damage, delay or inconvenience

You may purchase travel insurance to cover certain risks inherent in travel such as supplier bankruptcy and the inability to travel due to a medical or personal emergency.

 

Refunds, Exchanges, Changes, Cancellations

All sales are final and non-refundable.

Fare Restrictions and Rules

Once the tickets are issued, they are subject to fare restrictions.

1. Cancellations and refunds are not permitted

2. Exchanges are not permitted.

The confirmed tickets are non-re-routable and non-transferable.

 

We are committed to provide best customer experience possible.  Your satisfaction with your purchase is extremely important to us.

We may offer exchanges, changes, cancellations and credits at our sole discretion.

Most discounted tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However, this varies depending on the airline. Airlines that allow exchanges or refunds may charge a penalty fee for the service. Penalty fees are subject to airline rules. If fare rules allow for exchanges, a $210 processing fee will be charged along with any airline penalty and fare difference. If fare rules allow for cancellations, a $210 processing fee will be charged along with any airline penalty.

Reservations for tickets to be cancelled and/or exchanged must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure – NO SHOW ticket(s) will not be processed for refund and/or exchange. Cancellation of reservation does not automatically initiate refund. All exchanges can be made only prior to scheduled departure.

After the tickets are issued, any changes or refunds are subject to the restrictions of the fares used. Generally speaking, discounted fares are more restrictive and in many cases they are non refundable and non exchangeable. If you need more flexibility with your tickets in terms of refunds and exchanges, please consult your agent and request a less restrictive fare. Airlines offer a wide range of fares, including those that offer exchanges and refunds without any restrictions and penalties. The airlines strictly follow their policies, and do not permit exchanges or refunds in case the fare restrictions do not allow it. The airlines determine the restrictions of the fares, and FITS, INC. has no power to override these restrictions.

 

Conditions

FITS, INC. recommends travel insurance. The airlines frequently change times and/or flight numbers. FITS, INC. is not responsible for any schedule changes. Please, contact the airlines to verify the current flight information and reconfirm your flights 72 hours prior to your scheduled departure. Failure to use any reservations may result in an automatic cancellation of all continuing and return reservations and suspension of the tickets; please, get in touch with FITS, INC. prior to your scheduled departure to cancel your existing reservation and retain the original value of the ticket if applicable. Check in time recommended for all international flights is a minimum of 3 hours. Travel documents required for all tickets (paper, e-tickets, or paperless) include a valid Passport, which must be presented for all international flights. Some countries may require a Visa and/or health card. It is the passenger’s responsibility to have all necessary travel documents in the possession at check-in. FITS, INC. shall not be responsible for denied boarding. FITS, INC. is not responsible for transportation to and from airports and between airports.

Once the tickets are issued, FITS, INC. is unable to make any changes. All changes are subject to fare restrictions and rules once the tickets are issued. FITS, INC. reserves the right to charge service fees for changes. The customer understands all the stipulations, rules and conditions pertaining to the purchased tickets. The fares are not guaranteed until ticket(s) has been issued.

 

Itinerary Information

The names, date of birth of the passengers provided must match the names shown on the passports. Once the tickets are issued, they are not transferable. Even a small mistake in the name can cause a major inconvenience for the passengers during their travel. Sometimes this mistake can even prevent the passengers from using their tickets. Remember that many of the deeply discounted fares are not refundable. The process of correcting the name on a previously issued ticket is complicated, and many airlines do not allow it at all. Some airlines may allow the name correction for a fee, if we can prove that the ticket would be used by the same passenger. We ask you to kindly double check the passenger information you provide to avoid the inconveniences connected with incorrect passenger information.

 

Travel Documents

Travel documents are required to board the airplane; such documents include a valid Passport, which must be presented for all international flights. Some countries may require a visa and/or health card. It is the passenger’s responsibility to have all necessary travel documents in possession at check-in. The passengers shall verify the visa requirements for all the stops as some of the countries may require a transit visa. Those passengers transiting via or connecting between the airports within the European Union – Schengen Zone may need a Schengen Entry visa. Traveling on a one way ticket may be restricted. If you are traveling on a one way ticket, it is your responsibility to make sure you are eligible. FITS, INC. agents don’t advise passengers on visa or other document requirements. Please contact the embassy and/or other appropriate agency of the country you are going to visit or transit through to get the up-to-date requirements.

 

Baggage Information

The airline(s) may require you to pay additional fees at the airport if your baggage exceeds certain limitations, such as the number, weight, size, and dimensions of your bags. Some airlines do not offer any free baggage allowance. Baggage allowance policies and baggage fees associated with checked or carry-on baggage vary widely and are subject to change by the airlines at any time. Be advised to check directly with the airline for the latest baggage allowance information.

 

Fraud Prevention Measures

Billing Information

The billing address must match exactly the address on the credit card statement.

Please note: the fares are not guaranteed until the tickets are issued. In case there is a delay with the payment you may lose the available fare/itinerary that was given by our agent.

Signature Required by the Credit Card Holder

For security reasons, the credit card holder must sign the receipt within 24 hours. Sales are not final until FITS, INC. acquires the signature of the credit card holder whose credit card has been used to process the transaction. If you fail to provide FITS, INC. with signed receipt within 24 hours your reservations may be cancelled.

 

Lowest Fare Guarantee

It is unlikely that you will find a better quote anywhere else. That being said, in case you do, show us a better quote with proof of available flight and we will beat it or match it. Call us within 24 hours of receiving a lower quote and provide us with a copy of the itinerary from any of our competitors which will include identical itinerary, including the fare basis and fare calculation information, we will match the price or beat it.

Pre-Order Information

In order to provide the best in customer service and best available quote, we may ask you to share information, such as your name, address, e-mail address, and phone number. If you do not wish to share this information with us, you may call us in your quest for great travel deals without providing us with any personal information.

Transaction Information

In order to complete a travel purchase, you will be asked to share with us information required to complete the transaction successfully, such as names, billing and shipping addresses, credit card number & expiration date, etc. This information will only be used to process a transaction that you approve of.

Subscription Information

Even if you`re not a customer, you have the opportunity to receive our special offers by subscribing to our newsletter. When you sign up for this service, you will be asked to provide us with your name and e-mail address.

 

How Personal Information Is Used

We will use your personal information in the following ways:

When you purchase travel products or services, your personal information will be shared with the third parties necessary to successfully complete the transaction — including the vendors you have selected (for example, airlines, hotels, travel insurance providers, etc.) and others who facilitate the transaction (for example, your credit card company).

As a member or guest, from time to time, you may receive communications from us or third parties performing services on our behalf, which include:

  1. specific information we want to communicate to you regarding your travel requests or arrangements, such as any notification of a flight cancellation and follow ups
  2. notifications regarding updates or modifications to our site
  3. details regarding any special offers sponsored by us, such as rewards, rebates, sweepstakes, and gift promotions

From time to time, in an effort to improve our service, we may ask third parties to conduct marketing-research analyses on our behalf and, as such, the information we provide to them is restricted to marketing-research analyses only. Any personal information we provide to such third parties is protected under confidentiality agreements.

We may disclose your personal information if you violate our Terms of Use or any law, rule, or regulation, or if required by law or regulatory authority (for example, court order or subpoena).
